Yoga Teaching Lab: Mentorship for Yoga Teachers
Calling all curious, committed yoga teachers who want to teach with more clarity, confidence, and creativity.
Learn to apply anatomy, refine your sequencing, and troubleshoot teaching challenges—in a monthly mentorship designed to grow with your teaching.
You want to grow as a teacher—feel more confident in your choices, teach with more skill, and support your students in ways that actually land.
But bridging the gap between everything you’ve learned and what’s happening in the room? That’s the tricky part.
You’re not looking to sign up for another massive training or drop thousands on a course you’ll struggle to finish. You’ve done the trainings. You’re teaching.
What you need now is a way to apply what you know, fill in the gaps, troubleshoot in real time, and keep learning—without burning out.
You want practical tools, honest conversation, and support from someone who’s been there.
I remember teaching a full schedule, signing up for every anatomy training I could find, and still wondering why the theory didn’t match what I was seeing on the mat.
Imagine a space where you can ask real questions, test your ideas, explore concepts in your own body, and get feedback you trust.
No need to second-guess everything you’ve learned, power through another textbook, or pretend you’ve got it all figured out.
You want to feel grounded.
You want to keep growing.
You want to serve your students better—without falling down a rabbit hole of conflicting cues and rigid rules.
That’s what happens when you build tools, not just follow scripts.
Imagine this…
You walk into class with a plan you trust—and the skills to adapt it in real time, because you’re not just seeing bodies on mats, you know how to respond to what you see. You’ve got a toolkit that goes way beyond your 200-hour, and you know how to use it.
You field student questions without spiraling into self-doubt—not because you know everything, but because you’re clear on what you do know, and comfortable naming what you don’t. You’re not trying to play the expert—you’re modeling curiosity, boundaries, and integrity.
You speak in your own teaching voice, not someone else’s script. Your cues land because they come from experience—from paying attention, refining, and figuring out what works in real time.
This is what happens when you get to explore, ask questions, test ideas, and build your own internal compass—with support.
And right now you might feel uncertain about what you’re missing—or whether you're even “allowed” to teach differently than you were taught. You might feel like you need another big certification to fill the gaps.
I get it. I’ve been there too—trying to piece together conflicting advice from anatomy courses, the internet, and my own mentors… all while managing a full class schedule. It’s hard to know what to trust or where to start.
But what if you could:
Feel confident making teaching decisions on the fly
Develop sequences rooted in anatomy and intention—not memorized templates
Respond to student needs without getting thrown off course
Ask the “dumb” questions (which usually aren’t dumb at all)
Talk shop with other thoughtful teachers without posturing or pressure
Stay inspired and keep growing, without burning out or signing up for another advanced training
With ongoing support and real-time feedback, you could be teaching from a place of clarity, curiosity, and grounded confidence—instead of just hoping you’re getting it right.

Hi, I’m Jennie.
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2006, leading classes, privates, workshops, and teacher trainings around the world. My approach blends traditional yoga with modern insights from anatomy, kinesiology, and functional movement—so classes aren’t just thoughtful; they’re alive and adaptable. I want students to feel engaged, curious, and empowered in their practice, and I bring that same spirit to how I support other teachers.
Over the years, I’ve mentored yoga teachers at all stages—from brand-new grads to seasoned instructors—helping them refine their teaching, troubleshoot real classroom challenges, and stay connected to their voice and values. My background in anatomy, sequencing, and philosophy gives me a broad toolkit, but I’m not here to hand down rules. I’m here to help you think critically, apply what you know, and keep growing in ways that feel relevant and real.
All your questions answered
How does the founding members price work?
Founding members get access to the mentorship at the special rate of $33/month. This rate is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. After this initial launch, the price will increase to $44/month for new members.
When are the monthly sessions held?
Sessions take place once a month and follow a rolling schedule—the day and time will shift month to month. This way, if one time slot doesn’t work for you, there's a good chance the next one will. You'll always get the schedule in advance.
What if I can’t make a live session?
No problem. Replays are available for 14 days after each session. You can also submit questions or teaching challenges in advance if you know you can’t attend live, and I’ll cover them during the session.
Will I be able to ask questions between sessions?
Yes. You’ll have access to a private community forum where you can ask questions, share ideas, and get support between sessions. It’s also where I’ll share any supplemental resources.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, there’s a 3-month minimum so you have time to settle in and get the most from the mentorship. After that, you can cancel anytime. (But I’m sure you’ll want to stick around!)
Imagine if you could…
Teach with clarity, not just recycled cues
Respond to student questions without second-guessing yourself
Keep learning and refining without signing up for another big training
Ask better questions and get thoughtful, real-time feedback
Stay inspired in your teaching without burning out
With this mentorship you can.
You’ve done the trainings—Now it’s time to fly with it. Ready?
It’s decision time. You can keep spinning your wheels—trying to connect the dots on your own, replaying your classes in your head, wondering what you could’ve done differently, feeling like you’re always almost getting it, but not quite sure how to close the gap.
Or, you can get the support, tools, and community that help you teach with more clarity, confidence, and integrity.
