Inversions like handstand, forearm stand, shoulder stand, and headstand offer incredible benefits: they build strength, improve focus, open the shoulders, and help us see things from a fresh perspective—literally and figuratively. Yet, they can feel daunting, both physically and emotionally, as they often bring up common challenges like fear, self-doubt, and the pressure to “get it right.”

In each 90-minute workshop, we’ll demystify one inversion at a time. Through thoughtful sequencing, variations, and personalized modifications, you’ll learn how to:

  • Build strength and stability to support your inversion practice

  • Work with your body’s unique needs and capabilities

  • Quiet your inner critic and cultivate courage

  • Adapt inversions confidently in group classes

Designed for yoga students eager to explore inversions, this series welcomes those new to inversions but assumes a foundational understanding of yoga practice. Come for one session or join us for all four to deepen your skills and save! Sessions are scheduled as follows:
