Ready for some R&R? A post-holiday de-stressor.
Join me for a 90-minute experience of reducing tension and a chance to down-regulate with a Roll & Restore workshop. This de-stressor experience will be half therapy-ball massage to release tension, followed by a deep-dive restorative yoga practice to relax and settle you.
