You’re constantly tense. You feel like your shoulders are perpetually shrugged up to your ears. You really should get some body work done, but it’s kinda $$$...

You have all these little aches and pains. Nothing major, but they just won’t go away. Neck, low back, hips… Getting older is fun, isn’t it? If only you had a strategy to give your cranky spots a little TLC at home…

Intentional relaxation is key to reducing physical tension, exhaustion, and emotional stress. But carving out time to get quiet and down-regulate sometimes feels impossible given the demands of work, family, and, y’know, life. You know you’d benefit tremendously from a dose of self-care me time, but you don’t have a whole day to spend at some pricey spa. If this sounds like you, Roll & Restore is just the solution you’ve been after.

This de-stressor experience will be half therapy-ball massage to down-regulate and quiet you, followed by a deep-dive restorative yoga practice to relax and settle you. We’ll use the therapy balls to roll away physical tension and to ease in. Along the way, you’ll learn some self-massage strategies you can use at home to soothe persistent aches and pains. We’ll then transition into ahh-inducing restorative yoga—lots of cushy, supported bolster snuggling to leave you feeling completely nourished. All in only 90 minutes.

All are welcome. This experience is perfect for anyone dealing with physical tension, emotional stress and overwhelm, or anyone who’s simply in need of some self-care TLC. (In short, all humans, including those new to yoga.)
