Enjoy this 90 minute class of self-massage and deep-dive restorative yoga. 45 minutes of guided head-to-toe self massage followed by a 45-minute guided deeply restorative yoga class to get the body and nervous system settled.
We’ll start by down-regulating the nervous system with self-massage and then transition into a classic restorative experience—lots of cushy, supported bolster snuggling. This workshop is perfect for anyone who feels physical tension, emotional stress and overwhelm, or anyone who’s simply in need of some self-care TLC. (In short, all humans.) Expect to leave feeling calm, nurtured, de-tensioned, and de-stressed.
Class is open to all levels of practitioners including beginners.
Therapy balls will be provided for use during the class and available for sale after the event.
