Barre is a fierce and efficient total body workout that uses endurance-building movements, heart-pumping cardio bursts, and enrapturing music and rhythm to build a dynamic and engaging class. This class is low impact, beginner-friendly, and accessible for all ages. (Heads up, though: “beginner-friendly and accessible" doesn’t mean "easy”! Expect to be challenged and to sweat!)
This is a 4-part series. Students are welcome to sign up for all 4 classes or drop-in to classes individually. We’ll meet Sundays 11:00–12:00
