Inquire Within: 30-hour Anatomy and Asana Series (Saigon, Vietnam)

For teachers and interested students

This 30-hour anatomy and asana course will deepen your understanding of body mechanics during yoga practice. It will reinforce and supplement the fundamental anatomy covered in most 200-hour teacher trainings—but you needn’t enter the program with prior anatomy instruction. All curious movers are welcome! Yoga students will glean an enhanced comprehension of the body that they can use to inform their personal practice. Teachers will hone their observation skills and their understanding of anatomical variations and how to modify postures to suit individual needs.

We will meet for three hours each morning and for three hours each afternoon, with a two-hour lunch break in between.  Mornings will be devoted to anatomical study; during the afternoons we’ll conduct asana clinics to apply the morning’s anatomy lessons. Sign up for only one day or for all five.
