Anatomy of the Core and Core Stability (YogaPlus Sangenjaya, Tokyo, Japan)

When we think of "core," we think of "abs." When we think of "core exercises," we think of sit-ups. But the core is a three-dimensional structure. Any muscle that can stabilize the bony structures of the trunk could be considered a core muscle. In this workshop, we'll identify these structures and learn ways to strengthen and awaken them.
